Meditation and Reiki

The most amazing, relaxing, calming and soul satisfying experience I’ve ever had.

I suffer from anxiety and have been having severe panic attacks. I had a reiki session with Andrea and I started feeling the benefits straight away. It was so relaxing and I felt so calm and at ease that I actually fell asleep! Andrea was amazing at making sure I understood the technique. I left the session feeling, relaxed positive and happy. My teenage son also suffers with anxiety and is autistic. The meditation sessions we have both had with Andrea has been life changing. We are both more relaxed, calmer and have a more positive outlook. We both have continued with the techniques Andrea has taught us and my son is more confident and less anxious. We are now able to deal with negative situations better. We have a much better quality of life. I highly recommend Andrea.

I had been in some considerable pain in both my shoulder and my neck area and lower back, for a quite some time.  As a result, I suffered from disturbed sleep as the pain would keep me awake at all hours of the night.  It was very delibertating as I was constantly tired and it was making me very irritable.

The Reiki treatment I received from Andrea was absolutely fantastic.  I was simply amazed that after the initial treatment the pain that I had been experiencing melted away.

The treatment was gentle and I was in a completely relaxed state, so much so that the time flew by before I knew it.

I would like to thank Andrea for the wonderful treatment I received and would thoroughly recommend her as a Reiki practitioner.
