Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for 'universal life energy', a natural healing system that promotes a positive sense of wellbeing and renewal. Reiki is a non-invasive and gentle healing modality that uses light touch by placing hands on or above different parts of the body. It supports the body’s own natural healing process and creates a sense of inner harmony. Reiki is suitable for everyone, from babies to seniors.

Workplace wellbeing
